What’s the difference between hemp and marijuana?

Both hemp and marijuana come from the cannabis plant — the only real difference is the THC content. Harvey’s Hemp Co. flower is classified as hemp because it starts below 0.3% Delta-9 THC. But fire it up, and that THCA turns into Delta-9 real quick.

Harvey’s partners with a few trusted farms we know like kin. Every batch gets hand-checked before it wears our name. We don’t grow it all, but we stand behind every strain.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders roll off the farm in 1–2 business days. After that, the mail folks usually take 3–5 days to get it from our barn to your porch.Everything ships in a vacuum-sealed, plain-boxed package, so it stays fresh and hush the whole way. Keep an eye on the tracking number we email—if the carrier drags its feet, holler and we’ll give ’em a nudge.

Do you ship internationally?

Afraid not, friend—Harvey’s ships only inside the United States for now. Customs rules change country to country, and hemp still raises eyebrows in too many ports.If the laws ever ease up abroad, we’ll saddle up and let the world know. Until then, it’s fifty states, vacuum-sealed, and strictly domestic.

I never got my order, what to do?

If the carrier shows it as “Delivered,” the ownership baton’s been passed—Harvey’s can’t file a claim or resend the box once it’s officially on your porch (or wherever the driver left it).Here’s what you can still try:Scout the usual hiding spots—behind planters, side doors, or with a neighbor who plays mailman hero.Ask your local post office / UPS hub to GPS-confirm the scan; sometimes a box lands at the wrong doorstep and they can track it down.File a missing-package claim directly with the carrier. They’re the only folks who can reimburse or locate a mis-scan after delivery.Wish I could swing by and hand-deliver it myself, but once the tracking says “Delivered,” Harvey’s hands are tied. Hope the carrier turns it up quick. 💨

What is your return policy?

All sales are final—once Harvey’s flower leaves the barn, it’s yours to keep.Damaged or wrong item? Send photos and your order number to info@harveyshemp.com within 48 hours of delivery. If we messed up or the box got beat up in transit, we’ll ship a replacement or issue store credit—Harvey’s choice, your satisfaction.We don’t take unopened returns, don’t swap strains, and can’t refund packages that the carrier shows as Delivered. Straight policy, no surprises. 💨

Can I exchange an item?

Afraid not—Harvey’s doesn’t do exchanges. Once a jar leaves the farm, it’s final.If we shipped the wrong strain or it arrived busted, email info@harveyshemp.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or credit it on our dime. Otherwise, the bud you ordered is the bud you keep. 💨
