At Harvey’s Hemp Co., we’re proud to ship only fresh, premium THCA and hemp flower. Due to the nature of these products and regulatory restrictions, all sales are final once shipped.
1. All Sales Are Final 🚫
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once your order has left our facility.
Please double-check your cart before checkout—we want you to be happy with what you get.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items 📦
If something’s off with your order, we’ll make it right. Just email info@harveyshemp.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

A brief description of the issue
If approved, we’ll either send a replacement or offer store credit—our call, your satisfaction.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages 📮
Once your package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we’re no longer responsible for loss or theft.
If your order is missing:

File a claim with the carrier

4. Compliance & Legal Restrictions ⚖️
Hemp laws vary by state. It’s up to you, the buyer, to know your local regulations before ordering.
We won’t refund or replace any package seized or delayed due to legal issues outside North Carolina.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes 💳
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
All chargebacks made in violation of these terms will be fully contested.
